Welcome to my corner! I worked for all 3 types of organisations: in-house, consultancies and product vendors. Having spent over half my career in presales roles I have built, coached, led and developed high-impact teams. I left University after graduating as a Mathematician, and I walked away with the understanding that "I've learned how to learn". Luckily I found the best job in the world - Solutions Engineering.
I like to change the mindset of presales and elevate the value discussion.

Company history
The Umdenken™ is a newly established company, one of our flagship classes stems from a highly collaborative partnership with Mr. Steve Capper, whose successful business ventures span over two decades. Mr. Capper's expertise has led to the delivery of nearly 1,000 classes and the training of over 18,000 students, including virtual sessions.
Our company is launching globally, serving English, German, Mandarin, and Japanese-speaking countries. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, we are strategically positioned to deliver tailored training solutions across diverse cultures and languages.
The Umdenken™, originating from German, translates to "rethink" or "turning around." Conceptually, it denotes a shift in ideas, behaviors, and attitudes, fostering a positive aptitude for embracing new business practices. Furthermore, it signifies a revision of thought processes, urging individuals to reevaluate their approach. In the context of The Umdenken™, one is encouraged to reexamine their mindset and sales strategies for software solutions, fostering adaptability and agility in response to change.
We initially focus on delivering core services to individuals already established in presales engineering roles. Additionally, there are plans for expansion to cater to aspiring SEs in the future.
